Job Description

Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter/ Technical Recruiter (US Staffing Night Shift)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience : 3-7 yrs.

Description/Required Skills: Seasoned Sr. Technical Recruiter/Technical Recruiter with sound communication skills will be the best candidate for us.

We are looking for an experienced, self starting, aggressive Recruiter with strong technical recruiting experience. As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle which includes developing search strategies, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing candidates, and closing on candidates. Our ideal candidate must have creative sourcing strategies and be able to develop a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques (including but not limited to networking, user-groups, professional affiliations, cold calling, job postings, job boards, Boolean searches and resume mining). 

Required Experience :

- Successful track-record as a Technical Recruiter recruiting in IT Staffing
- Proven success sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channels
- Well versed with various visas and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Usage of all portals like Portals -Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing & resume. 
- Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ hr aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with US Citizens, GC, EAD. etc. 
- Experienced working with direct clients.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in negotiations
- Expert use of various internet job boards, social networking sites, blogs, etc
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast pace agency environment
- Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
- Able to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job description
- Able to creatively and convincingly generate candidate interest in our customer requirements
- An out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands-on execution abilities to search for niche technical skills
- Professional, Adaptable and Resilient - able to take no for an answer yet still apply 100% effort throughout the work day
- Goal oriented; have a burning desire to be successful
- Conduct technical interviews to obtain candidate's IT skills. Use Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer
- Excellent communication and active listening skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Recruiting 
Implement recruiting campaigns to attract quality potential Consultants for contract, contract to hire and fulltime client requirements nationwide. 
Maintain constant awareness of recruitment needs within company. 
Timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements 
Follow Company policy for interviewing, selection, assessments and hiring of all Consultants. 
Must be a self motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work with recruiters and all levels of management. 
Comply consistently with all Company regulations on areas such as: I-9, Background checks, drug testing. 
Input and maintain proper Consultant information into Outlook. 

Operations :

Comply with ICONMA policies and procedures to provide consistency in service quality and delivery. 
Follow up with Consultants on completed requirements to ensure their satisfaction and meeting client requirements. 
Tracks and document daily work tasks. 

Solid expertise in searching and screening candidates from job/resume sites. 
Prefer experience in interviewing, selecting, hiring and supervising the work of consultants in the areas of Information Technology, Administrative and 
Accounting industry.
