Job Title: Senior Software Engineer MF
Location: Hyderabad, India
Position: Full Time Role
Position Reports to: Manager, Customer Success Engineering
Should be able to deliver 24X7 support coverage to our global customer base
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support for Kony Suite of products that span across Mobile Fabric & Mobile Application Development Platform
Work with Developers & Executives from Enterprise Technology Customer Organizations to help them use Kony products without issues & challenges
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success & Services teams in Kony to resolve customer issues & escalations
Be a smartest mobile technologists & contribute to product improvement
Be self-critical, questioning and committed to personal career growth & technical excellence of the team
Experience & Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development and support
1 or 2 years of prior experience as Senior Engineer
Excellent problem solving & troubleshooting skills is required
Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, RDBMS and WebServers (WebSphere/WebLogic) is must
Experience in native mobile OS like iOS, Android or Windows is an added advantage
Hands-on experience on Java Script, JS Framework, HTML5, CSS will be differentiator
Knowledge / Experience in Mobile or Web development is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Direct interaction with customers/endusers is mandatory
Experience in one of the scripting languages like python, php is preferable
Prior experience in Product/Application Support is preferred
Experience in IDE based development like Microsoft Visual Studio or Adobe Flex
Should be able to deliver 24X7 support coverage to our global customer base
