Job Description
* Call & set-up appointments on daily basis, and meet pre-defined set of prospective clients on daily basis
* Build strong rapport, create and maintain good relationship with targeted customers (Retail pharmacies and Pharmaceutical Agencies/Distributors)
* Needs basic understanding of MS word, Power Point, Excel, internet etc.
* Educate pharmacists and distributors on software usage that we promote
* Keep up to date with product development
* Participate in promotional activity programs to increase product awareness in the market
* Need to participate in tendering activities and negotiation with the clients to get the business deal
* Achievement of weekly goals
* Generation of new business clients
* Regularly monitor territory's sales performance to initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives
* Update territory customer segmentation classification, database and call records continuously
2) Position: Senior Sales & Marketing officer (Pharma sector)
Experience: 2-7 Years (Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing)
Work Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Any graduate
Language: Telugu, English and Hindi
Job responsibilities:
* To promote, position & market existing Brands
* New Product development
* Brand building, Marketing Strategy Planning
* Training Field Force, Motivating them
* Coordinating with field force for their day-to-day activities
* Identify & drive growth opportunities across defined markets.
* Develop and execute brand plans and campaigns.
* Conduct business sessions with sales team effectively to drive execution.
* Review ROI by markets/ brands.
* Impart knowledge & skills through training sessions.
* Prepare robust forecast & coordinate with manufacturing for seamless supply
* Collaborate with senior management, business process owners and users for current products/services and incorporate best practices, assessment and determination of changes to business processes, development of specifications.
* To manage an effective, efficient and productive marketing function by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed.
* Develop and execution of marketing strategies in alignment with the business requirements.
* Ensure effective team communication throughout the marketing function through the application of suitable reporting systems; structures; the identification and provision of appropriate training.
* Coaching and development of a team.
* To prepare the annual budget and revenue targets for the product portfolio.
* Initiating training programs for sales team on a periodic basis.
* Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and profitability targets for respective businesses.
* Updating the company about new regulations & developments.
* Overall responsible for all marketing function for assigned therapies.
