Job Description: International Voice Process/ Phone Support

1. Ability to interact with Customer - Leadership & business.
2. Able to interact with clients independently
3. Able to document the operational definition in discussion with customers, maintain the most current SOP
4. Creating communication plans for the customers

Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
