Executive Assistant to Director
Executive will be assisting the Director / Business Head of International Operation of a Media Unit for a smooth functioning of his team and Unit.
This involves coordinating with a team size of around 20 including Sales, Editorial, Designing, Development, Accounts, Admin and HR. Helping in overseas client interaction through email and phone.
Job Roles
Able to adapt to Directors work habits and preferences, Flexibility in handling and coordinating all her work requirements as directed by her.
Handling of confidential information (like passwords, Order details, Invoices, etc) which requires discretion and diplomacy.
Execute decisions made by the Director to bridge the coordinating between her and the clients, Vendors, individuals and departments and by taking the initiative to smooth out implementation issues that may arise.
Managing day to day office operations communicates through emails and phone in absence of director.
Helping Director in her work by reverting outside mail, screening client calls and inquiries.
Job Requirements
Superb communication skills, both oral and written
Should have a sound knowledge of MS Office - (word, excel, power point.)
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Must be proactive and able to work autonomously
A diplomatic, professional and respectful approach to the workplace
