Record clients information in CRM
Resolve service requests from clients on phone
Schedule plan presentation, review and discussion calls with the Financial Planners on daily basis.
Listen attentively with empathy to the issues faced by clients and provide the best resolution to their satisfaction.
Create and maintain a fantastic rapport with the clients.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Crisp and clear communication for best service delivery.
