Job Responsibilities
Desired candidate should be able to embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the school core values.


Should be responsible for managing the students,staffs and all the activities related to school as per CBSE/ICSE norms,maintaining discipline and decorum in the school campus,delivering excellent quality scholastic and co-scholastic service to the students & formulating school policies,Ensure that well developed performance management systems are properly implemented within the school.
Experience in office procedures is essential.Should ensure the schoolpolicies,procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.

Should possess leadership and efficient school managment ability.
Ability to manage all administration related  activities including infrastructure management,facilities planning,security,transports,Hostel and canteen   along with ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
The candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and should establish and maintain  good school-Parent relationship.
To ensure prompt recruitment of teachers as when the need arises.
To ensure swift feedback from students,teachers,and parents and take suitable action if required to maintain   a safe,healthy,peaceful environment in school.
Facilitating in service workshops to motivate and update the teachers in teacihng methodologies and  curriculum.

To ensure that the school is staffed with high calibre professionals who motivated,trained,developed,engaged and retained to deliver the schools education objectives.
To be able to conceptualize,implement and excute school functions and all extra curricular activities including annual functions and sports functions.
Overseeing infrastructural maintenance and updating/advising the management for developmental projects.
