Pre- Requisites:
1) Candidate should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping customers.

3) Should have command on internet concepts, networking concepts, Operating System concepts, Computer basics and Wireless Communication.
4) Basic Knowledge in ISP (Internet Service Provider).
5) Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues.
6) Should have minimum 6 months of experience into technical support
7)Freshers with Good communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist & respond to technical and customer queries.
Ensure all contacts are documented using the tracking tool.
Ensure customers are satisfied with services offered.
