Ability to interact, develop network & get the best resource for any given requirement.

Building & maintaining database of contacts & resumes and other informations.

Excellent knowledge of Job portal searches.

Solid written communication and rapport building ability

Experience with a range of sourcing techniques from traditional to non-traditional methods.

* For Freshers  can be considered as  a trainee position that'll offer Rs.2500 stipend per month to the candidate. After practising the live work for 3 months on trainee position and gaining required speed and understanding of the Rerecuitment can be hired as Recruiter with Salary of Min 8000 PM
