JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Timekeeper Rate Management Matter and Budget creation: create budgets for matters with a budget approval workflow AFA or Vendor Management: understand AFA .alternative fee arrangement. templates such as blended hourly rates deal-based billing fee caps hourly rate discounts hourly rate volume discounts matter-based rates and task-based billing caps Accrual Management: track unbilled fees and expenses on matters Understand Accenture billing requirements including LEDES UTBMS codes and other processes. Research invoicing queries as they occur which may require generation of specific reports and creation of spreadsheets or verbal communication with vendors. Interact independently with attorneys and vendors to answer invoicing or status questions and resolve invoice issues. Train or assist legal professionals on eBilling system and supporting processes.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSWork Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office programs including use of SharePoint.Work Requirements: Minimal Travel Required.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Education: Pursuit of university degree in business administration. Finance or legal background preferred. Educational Qualification Graduate (preferably in finance or management) Total years of Experience 6 Months 2 years Relevant years of Experience 0-2 years Must have Skills Fluency in English. MS tools knowledge Good to have Skills Knowledge of finance, legal and operations Technical Skills (tools exposure) MS tools which extends to SharePoint.
