Job Role System Analyst
JOB Discribtion:
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/ME/M Sc from a recognized university.
* Candidate should have an aggregate of 65% through out academics.
* Should have good oral & written communication skills.
* Should be responsible for handling activities/tasks allocated by the TL/OM (including monitoring the Help Desk mail boxes during their prescribed assigned times).
* Must be responsible for answering inbound calls and make outbound calls.
* Should be responsible for data entries.
* Must be able to attend each new call or e-mail request must have a ticket generated in ticket logging tool.
* Must be responsible for running regular and ad-hoc reports.
* Should follow-up on tickets created by the agents.
* Should be handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues.
* Willing to be flexible to work 24*7 Process
* Must have good analytical and reasoning skills.
* Should have good problem solving skills.
